Each breathwork session includes a warm-up, grounding, intention setting, and technique review, followed by 30 or 60 minutes of continuous breathing (Half or Full Journey) over three rounds with holds between each round, set to a custom music playlist. Matt provides a structured environment, using sound healing and human touch when appropriate. Matt is not a therapist, but the session begins with exploring some of your major pain points to prime the subconscious for the breath journey while allowing your own intuitive guidance to come through during the session.
